About the tier differences
Many features in the Sovereign tier (Plaid, SMS, AI configuration) are technically possible on the Professional tier — the price difference reflects the time we spend configuring them for you, instead of you configuring them yourself from our training.

Consulting engagements are priced by value, not based on the time. This incentivizes us to work fast and gives you an complete picture of cost before things begin. Every engagement requires conceptual agreement first: we agree in writing on the objectives (the outcomes the engagement exists to produce), the measures (how we'll both know it's done), and the value (what meeting those objectives is worth to your business). Only then is a fixed fee set against that value.
